Shipping & Returns


All orders process and ship Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays within Canada and British Columbia. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after 12:00 pm, it will be processed the following business day.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been processed. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. Please note all delivery times are estimates only, and CoCoDot Affection is not responsible for customs delays or delays on the part of the selected shipping carrier.

CoCoDot Affection does not accept responsibility for any claims to due to orders being impounded or confiscated by customs. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order with us. The purchaser is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Please also make sure you provide us with the proper shipping address and delivery information. CoCoDot Affection does not accept responsibility for undeliverable packages. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to pay all costs associated with the delivery of a refused/unclaimed/undeliverable parcel returned to us and/or shipped to a wrong address where the error was not on our part.


If you are not completely satisfied with a CoCoDot Affection purchase, please email us at within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be returned in new and unused condition (sealed if applicable) and be accompanied by a receipt. All returns are subject to validation and approval at CoCoDot Affection's discretion. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
